Considering translation options

I’m thinking it’s helpful to give a quick English translation for what’s being requested and then see if the user wants more details. I don't want to overdo formatting, so I’ll keep it simple. I could provide the translation and ask if they’d like a summary or maybe an article link. Since I can’t browse, it seems best to simply provide an accurate translation and invite the user to ask for what they need next.
